I had a fantastic stay at the hotel, enjoying the very modern decor and the cleanliness of my room. The friendly staff made me feel welcome and were really helpful throughout my visit. However, I did experience some noise issues at night, which affected my sleep quality a bit. Overall, I would say it was a lovely experience worth recommending.

I recently enjoyed my stay at the Guardian Hotel, which provided a bright and modern ambiance that was a treat to return to after exploring the bustling streets of Rome. The location was convenient, offering peace at night while being just a short walk from public transport. However, I found the drink prices at the rooftop bar a bit steep, and on one occasion, the breakfast offerings could have had a broader selection.

The hotel is situated within a walking distance to Termini station, making it easy to navigate the city. Though close to public transport, it was not overwhelmed by the hustle of the tourist areas, allowing for quieter evenings.
Dining

I was pleased with the breakfast variety, which included fresh pastries and quality hot dishes. However, during my last day, it was noticeably busier, affecting the overall breakfast experience with longer waits.

The rooftop bar was a good escape to unwind, though I found the cocktails to be overpriced and not up to par with expectations. Despite that, the bar snacks were truly enjoyable.

My stay at The Guardian was enjoyable overall, with a great location that's a short walk from the Termini. I appreciated the clean and modern room, though the breakfast could've had a bit more variety. The rooftop bar was nice for a chill evening, but the pricey drinks kinda put a damper on it. Staff were friendly and helpful, which made a positive difference to my experience.

Rooms
9.0
The room was clean and comfy, providing everything I needed for my stay. I had a basic double room, and it was stylish with a really comfortable bed, which enhanced my sleep quality. The lack of a closet was a bummer, especially when traveling with family, but overall, it was still good.
Service

I gotta say, the staff at The Guardian were genuinely friendly and super helpful throughout my stay. They gave great recommendations and were always quick to assist with any inquiries I had. I felt well looked after, which made my stay much nicer.
Location

The location was decent, being about a 10-minute walk from the Termini and a bit of a stroll to attractions like the Trevi Fountain. While the area's quiet in the evenings, I did notice some bus traffic during the day, but it didn't bother me too much.
Dining
7.0
Breakfast was okay; there was a solid selection of pastries, cheese, and some hot items, but I found it got a bit crowded. While the quality was nice, I wished for more variety since the menu stayed pretty much the same during my stay.
Facilities
6.0
I thought the rooftop bar was a neat spot with good views, but the drinks were overpriced. WiFi was reliable and fast, which was a plus. Just wished there were more communal spaces or amenities like a gym to enjoy.

6.2/10

My stay at The Guardian was a blend of pleasant experiences and a few frustrations. The rooms were clean and modern, but I found them quite small, especially with a toddler in tow. Although the staff were friendly and quick to respond to issues, the noise from outside made it hard to get a good night's sleep. The location was convenient for exploring Rome, and the breakfast offered decent variety, though it did become monotonous after a few days.

Rooms
6.0
The Deluxe Triple Room was clean and well-equipped, but quite small. I had difficulty with the bathroom door handle, which was unresolved during my stay. The soundproofing was insufficient, resulting in disturbances from the rooftop terrace noise.
Service
7.0
The staff were friendly and proactive, responding quickly to our requests such as providing a camp bed for my toddler. However, I did experience some confusion with service issues, like needing assistance with the faulty door access cards.
Location
Dining
6.0
The breakfast provided a good selection, although the layout made it awkward at times, especially when it got busy. The choices were decent but repetitive after a few days.
Facilities
5.0
Facilities were basic compared to what I'd expect from a 4-star hotel—there was no restaurant or lounge area available on the rooftop during my stay, and the small lift was a bit of an inconvenience.
